I am a System Analyst with more than 25 years of experiences who specializes in analyzing, designing, implementing and maintaining information systems. I use analysis and design techniques to solve business problems using information technology. I was on projects involving network configuration ensuring installation, configuration and testing. I have utilized a wide variety of OS environments, computer hardware and software (both commercial off the shelf (COTS) and open source). Agri-Geomatics(AAFC) Ottawa: Converted and developed the Versatile Soil Moisture Budget application batch tool capable to run computation using parallelism. It was proposed as a computerized conceptual model by Baier and Roberson (1966). Three technical bulletins were later published (Baier et al. 1972; Baier et al. 1979); Dyer and Mark 1984) to provide users with the most updated version and documentation.

DnD Ottawa MPMCT: Responsible to analyse, to install and to document the Oracle Advanced Security Transparent Data Encryption (TDE). Also to analyze and to develop a proof of concept demonstration the Integration of the Canadian Forces Tasking , Plans and Operations (CFTPO) with DND new Guardian Human Resource Management System running on PeopleSoft.

Department of Finance, Passport Canada and Health Canada Ottawa: Worked for Microsoft to address applications to be migrated over for the Windows 7 64 bit system through a network for thounsand of user.
Either PowerShell Script, VBS Windows Installer Format (MSI) or Microsoft Application Virtualization (AppV 5) were used to create packages to be deployed using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) 2012.

Agriculture Canada Ottawa: Designed and built a less complex approach to web mapping applications by creating a framework or shared library that utilizes ESRI commercial off the shelf map server engine (ArcGIS Server) and associated Application Programming Interfaces (API’s).
